High Temperature HT 500°C and HT/6 600°C Ovens

Our high temperature ovens are manufactured to the highest specification and have high efficiency insulation in the doors and walls. Heavy duty hinges, catches and high temperature seals are standard. These ovens use a PID digital controller to heat sheathed elements housed below the chamber. Air is drawn in and premixed within the base duct before being forced upwards and into the work chamber, giving a typical fluctuation of approximately +/-2°C. A small portion of the recirculating air is vented from the top of the chamber allowing any fumes can safely be removed. High temperature ovens are widely used in the aerospace industry.
